How do I schedule an appointment as an existing patient?

Established patients may schedule an in-office appointment online. Simply go to the "Services" tab and click on the appointment type you would like to schedule.  You will be taken to a calendar to pick your date and time.

Alternatively, you can also call the office directly at 762-234-5900 to schedule.

For our established patients who live more than an hour away, virtual appointments may be available—simply call the office at 762-234-5900, and we’ll be happy to assist.
